For questions about Unbarria Sky, contact us by email. We usually review support and moderation mail within 24 hours.
Reports and moderation
You can report a sky from the post menu in the app. Reports are reviewed by the operator. Posts may be hidden if they contain no sky, show faces or personal information, or contain inappropriate content.
Data deletion
You can request deletion from Settings → Data Deletion Request in the app. Posts are hidden immediately, and image files and location labels are deleted from storage within several days.
Archive subscription
Archive subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store. You can restore purchases from Settings in the app, and cancel from Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device.
